Single casual class

$25 

Five prepaid classes over five weeks

$100.00 or $95 senior/student 

 

Ten prepaid classes over eleven weeks

$190 or $180 senior/student

Ten prepaid classes over six weeks 

(2 classes per week ) $165 

Class descriptions -  For some classes they are categorised more to suit your physical requirements and any injuries you may have. All yoga classes include a relaxation practice.

  • General — A general flowing class, suitable for most students. Relaxation concludes the practice.
  • General/Strong — For those with experience and who like a stronger class. Not suitable for beginners.
  • Gentle Stretch — A gentle stretch and asana practice, suitable for those who are looking for a gentle class. Completed by a relaxation session
  • Gentle/General — Combines elements from both the gentle and general class. Ends with relaxation practice 
  • Men’s — A class for men only, involving deep stretching and relaxation at the end
  • Very Gentle/ Restorative — A very gentle class, utilising many restorative poses and the use of props to enable students requiring extra assistance in their physical practice to still be able to enjoy the benefits of yoga or for those times when you need to some extra emotional nurturing support, to slow the body and mind down.
  • Yin and Yang — The class combines a yang style practice - a practice that is more dynamic followed be a yin practice - long held deep postures. It involves deep stretching yet is quietening, calming, reflective, and energising.
  • Mindfulness Training - Guides you step by step to cultivate a personal mindfulness practice that will transform your relationship to the way you think, feel and live. 
  • Meditation for experienced practitioners -  To calm centre and find deep peace.

  • Therapeutic Yoga -  A class designed to nourish,  deeply relax and rehabilitate the immune, endocrine and nervous systems,  to directly affect emotional states, the mind and the body'd unconscious processes.

     

To ensure there is room and the class is best suited for your requirements, if you are new to Just Balance please call or email first before attending.

Preparing for a Yoga Class — It is recommended that you arrive with an empty stomach ( 2 hours after a large meal). New students should arrive 10 minutes early to first class.
