Georgina Morgan

GeorginaGeorgina was first introduced to yoga in the early 1980's, and since then it has been a major part of her daily life. The benefits that she has experienced through yoga in her own life are enormous. The power of the breath, the stillness of meditation and the beauty in the movement of the body enable her to find balance in her daily life.

After studying herbal medicine, iridology, remedial massage, aromatherapy, and bush and bach flower essences, the missing link was to formalise her training in yoga so she could teach and use all she had learnt in the helping of others. Georgina combines her knowledge and understanding of the body, emotions and healing to personalise practises for her yoga students and clients.

Georgina's focus is on teaching small groups and personal one-on-one classes, personalising them to the individual's needs, - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually - by using breath, asana, relaxation and meditation. Georgina's specialities are back care in acute and chronic cases, stress management, anxiety and depression, and pregnancy.

Georgina has also undertaken advanced training in pranayama and is a qualified stretch therapist.

Kevin Du Ross

KevinKevin Du Ross was introduced to yoga while in India and formalised his training by undertaking a Diploma of Health (Yoga) at Nature Care College. He is a keen practitioner of yoga, believing that yoga offers something for everyone — to develop flexibility, strength and stamina, to feel good about yourself, and to bring peace of mind.

Kevin likes to add variety to his classes, believing it will be more beneficial than always doing the same routine. Changing the focus between physical alignment, movement with breathing, or a combination of all, allows his students to enjoy a variety of ways to practice yoga.

Kevin also likes to incorporate strength challenges into his classes, in a way that is safe as well as fun.
